Donut Connection knows how to “treat” you right, creating unique local favorites, such as the orange twist donut, the elvis, and the pina colada donut. And after listening to customers rave and crave — they recently added both the banana donut and the peanut butter donut to their everyday variety.

Owners Nancy and Chip Becker feel connected to both their customers and their employees. “We care about the people we serve, and they care about us,” Nancy says. “We are like a family.”

Quality is one reason customers are so loyal. Donut Connection is one of the few places in town that still cuts their donuts by hand. “We make our donuts fresh every day, from batter and dough, and then we cut them by hand at night,” Nancy says. “For us, it's not about churning out donuts, but taking time to make them perfect.”

The Donut Connection celebrated their 50th anniversary last year, in 2012. “We plan to keep serving homemade favorites to our Erie family for another wonderful 50 years,” says Nancy.
