Lou Porreco has much to be proud of. He served as the president of the Board of Directors for the Erie International Airport for 25 years. He donated his former estate to Edinboro University in memory of the aunt who raised him, Mary Porreco. He promoted an internationally televised world championship bout between Roberto Duran and Lou Bizzarro at the Erie County Field House in 1976.

But what makes Lou Porreco proudest is that his son, Jason, has followed in his footsteps as a successful community minded businessman. Together, they operate Bianchi Honda. Their dealership has won countless awards including the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, Ward's Dealer Business Magazine's Top 500 Dealerships Award, and Erie's Choice Award — again and again. Not to mention Honda's most prestigious distinction, the President's Award, a record 15 times. No other dealership in the nation has exceeded this record.

They did it through service. Servicing customers took on a new level in 2003 when Bianchi constructed its new facility. “It features customer facilities and amenities unmatched by any of our competitors in Northwest Pennsylvania,” Porreco says. “We have two dedicated Broadway car washes that are free for customers, ultra-modern customer lounges with five flat screen TV's, a café, business lounges, and a children's play area with family-friendly movies. It's all part of making the experience extremely satisfying for our customers.”

In 2012, Bianchi outsold every other auto agency of all makes in the entire state of Pennsylvania*. Even more impressively, Bianchi also ranks second in the nation in customer-dealer retention. “It's the leading measure of customer satisfaction,” Porreco says. We are very proud of our award winning customer service records.” With Jason Porreco as General Sales Manager, it looks promising that Bianchi's extraordinary customer satisfaction and dealer retention will continue for many years.
