McCarty Printing was established in 1916, making it one of the oldest and most established printers in Northwest Pennsylvania. Through continual reinvestment in new technologies and state of the art equipment, dedication to employees and meeting and surpassing customer expectations, McCarty has grown to its current footprint of 55,000 square feet in downtown Erie.

McCarty specializes in high-end full color offset and digital printing of magazines, brochures, packaging material and other collateral. They also offer a variety of other services, including but not limited to variable data printing, direct mail, list and data management, warehousing, global fulfillment, kit assembly, as well as a variety of binding options.

Walco Label, a subsidiary of McCarty Printing, was formed in 1968. This area of the company specializes in pressure sensitive labels (stickers) for food & beverage, plastics, manufacturing, and many other industries. It's uncommon for a printing company to produce both offset printing as well as pressure sensitive flexographic label printing, but this unique combination has allowed them to better serve their clients and be a ‘one stop shop' for all of their printing needs.

One of McCarty's latest investments has been in large format printing at KimKopy Printing, a sister company of McCarty Printing. KimKopy is a retail location where customers can work with their team on promotional items, short to medium run printing projects in full color or black and white, and now large format signs, posters and banners.

McCarty would not be where it is today without their skilled and dedicated employees along with a very diverse and loyal customer base. No project or customer is too large or too small. McCarty plans to continue growing by remaining focused on technology, listening and responding to customers, and embracing the challenges of their ever-changing industry.

“It is not the strongest of species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
